Pronouns: She/Her, they/them
Located In: Toronto
Session Format: In-person, Online, Telephone

Bio: I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions, experiences, and the challenges shaping your life. Seeking therapy takes courage, and I honor the strength it takes to begin this journey.

Both personal experience and a deep appreciation for the impact of meaningful therapeutic relationships shaped my path to becoming a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I studied Psychology at the University of Guelph and earned a diploma in Psychodynamics at Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and integrative. I primarily work from a psychodynamic lens while incorporating CBT and DBT techniques when appropriate, and I consider identity, relationships, and sociocultural context in my work.

I support children, adolescents, and adults with concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, identity, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, stress, anger, and suicidal ideation.
