I practice from anti-oppressive and decolonizing approaches to support BIPOC, trans, queer, disabled, neurodivergent, and parenting communities. My approach in exploring people’s experiences is anti-carceral, anti-binary and nuanced. My intention is to create a space where people’s experiences and identities are honoured through openness, vulnerability and a bit of magick.
I also support folks seeking hormone care planning (Hormone Readiness Assessment) and those who need consultation/supervision as part of their growth as therapists
In addition to my work as a counsellor/art therapist, I am also a parent to a pre-schooler, providing loving labour and patience that I find to be way more demanding and difficult than any job I’ve ever held.
As an art maker, I enjoy all things creative. Some of my favourite interests include, caring for plants and animals, painting, collaging, cooking, and immersing myself in the alternate worlds of video games.
