Residing in Ontario, I have 8 years of experience in Indigenous child welfare and mental health, working with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations. I have also had the honour of serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces and Veterans, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health and well-being.
I understand that taking the first step toward healing can be one of the most courageous yet intimidating experiences. With this in mind, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and welcoming space where individuals can feel comfortable exploring their feelings and experiences. I work alongside those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, PTSD, and relationship challenges, aiming to help them find balance, resilience, and self-care.
I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives and may simply require guidance to access their inner wisdom. Together, we can navigate this journey, helping you stand in your power, embrace your authentic self, and continue building your bundle. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and collaboration, offering a holistic and inclusive path to understanding and healing.
Integrating Indigenous ways of being and knowing, along with various therapeutic methods, I offer a safe place for you to explore your journey and connect with your inner knowledge. I recognize that change can be daunting; therefore, building a strong and trusting relationship is paramount during this vulnerable process.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss what our collaboration might look like. If you do not find a convenient time in my schedule, please feel free to reach out via email. I sincerely look forward to connecting and supporting you on your healing journey!
