Bio: I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the emotional patterns that can make life feel overwhelming or disconnected.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences, goals, and needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed practices to help clients build insight, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful change.
