Bio: Do you often feel like you’re carrying everyone else’s needs while your own get pushed to the side? Maybe you replay conversations in your head, find it hard to say “no,” or feel guilty for putting yourself first. From the outside, it looks like you’re managing, but inside you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just not like yourself. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, take a breath, and finally focus on you. Whether you’re feeling stressed, navigating a big life change, struggling in your relationships, or simply trying to understand yourself better, we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I believe therapy isn’t about having all the answers, it’s about having someone beside you as you sort through life’s challenges. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, uncover patterns that are no longer serving you, and help you build more confidence in yourself and your decisions.

Having grown up in Hong Kong and now living in Canada, I understand how culture, family, and identity shape the way we experience life. You shouldn’t have to spend half of your therapy session explaining your background. I strive to create a welcoming space where you feel understood, respected, and free to be yourself.

I offer psychotherapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. There’s no pressure to know what to say or where to begin. We’ll figure it out together, one conversation at a time.
