Bio: Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, burnout, or emotions that seem hard to make sense of? Maybe you find yourself stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. You may be navigating trauma, relationship challenges, ADHD or neurodivergence, identity concerns, or major life transitions and feel unsure where to begin. I support individuals who are looking for a space where they can show up authentically without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and affirming of BIPOC, neurodivergent, and 2SLGBTQ+ experiences. I draw from Somatic Therapy, IFS, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness to help clients regulate emotions, understand patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. Therapy with me is not about becoming a “perfect” version of yourself—it is about reconnecting with who you are underneath survival mode.
