Bio: Accepting new clients! I am a social worker and psychotherapist who feels grateful every day to be welcomed into people’s lives. For me, there is nothing more meaningful than being part of someone’s journey of growth and healing. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups through a Relational and Gestalt lens, paying attention not only to words but also to the ways our bodies and actions tell the story of what matters most. I have experience supporting clients with neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, learning differences, mental health), complex trauma (childhood abuse, domestic and sexual violence), stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, EFT, Gestalt, somatic, and other evidence-based approaches. I especially enjoy working with couples, relationships, and families. Healing happens in relationship, and the changes we create together often ripple outward into your daily life and community. My approach is collaborative, curious, and compassionate, inviting the past to be weightless so you can meet life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and hope.
