I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and I’m also a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), which means I can work with people across Canada. Additionally, I am mental health nurse with over a decade of experience in mental health care. I’ve supported people through anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and moments where things just feel heavy or uncertain. I approach this work with curiosity, care, and respect for each person’s story.
In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe enough to show up as you are. A lot of the people I work with are used to being strong for others, and therapy becomes a place where they can finally put some of that down. From there, we can begin to make sense of what you’ve been carrying and explore new ways of moving forward.
As an Afro-Caribbean therapist, I bring a culturally aware and grounded perspective to my work. At the same time, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and aim to create a space that feels supportive, respectful, and real.
