Bio: I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to providing a compassionate, client‑centred space grounded in an anti‑oppressive, intersectional, and trauma‑informed lens. I support youth and adults through online therapy, offering a safe, deeply validating, and non‑judgmental environment where your unique story is heard and understood.

Recognizing the profound impact of systemic barriers, structural oppression, and racial trauma, I integrate my lived experience to affirm, honour, and validate each client’s unique intersections. My therapeutic approach is rooted in solution‑focused, strength‑based, and evidence‑informed frameworks, specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. Together, we will work collaboratively to unpack the heavy layers of what’s been weighing on you—whether navigating day-to-day stress, anxiety, deep-seated trauma, self‑esteem concerns, or identity‑related challenges—and move toward the balance, clarity, and inner peace you deserve.

In addition to individual psychotherapy, I offer specialized School Navigation Counselling. This service helps students and families confidently move through the school system by identifying institutional barriers to learning and holistically supporting both academic and emotional needs.

My ultimate goal is to help you reconnect with your inherent strengths, deepen your self‑awareness, and equip you with the practical tools needed to truly thrive. I look forward to walking alongside you as you take this meaningful next step in your healing and renewal journey.
