As a Black immigrant, I understand that our identities, cultures, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or questions around identity and belonging, I am committed to meeting you with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward the changes that matter most to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches and have a growing interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS), appreciating its compassionate and empowering way of helping people better understand themselves and foster healing.
I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and am passionate about creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where every person feels seen, heard, and valued. Together, we can work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.
