Bio: I’m a Kelowna-based mixed-heritage IBPOC counsellor who supports adults and emerging adults navigating identity, self-worth, and the lingering impact of trauma. I know what it’s like to move through the world holding layered experiences, whether that’s growing up between cultures, masking to feel accepted, or carrying the weight of others’ expectations. My work centres clients who are searching for belonging, healing from relationship wounds, or trying to untangle patterns rooted in abandonment, people-pleasing, or cultural disconnection. In our sessions, I draw from ACT, CBT, somatic therapy, and parts work to help you build awareness, safety in your body, and a more compassionate connection with yourself. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you don’t have to explain or justify who you are and where your identities are not just respected, but understood. I work with adults and late-teens/young adults who are ready to explore who they are beneath survival patterns. Whether you’re working through trauma, struggling in relationships, carrying intergenerational narratives, or trying to reclaim your voice and boundaries, you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is not about “fixing” who you are, it’s about coming home to yourself with support.
