My clinical focus centers on the heavy realities of complex trauma and the profound impact of abuse. I work with clients to navigate identity issues that often stem from deep attachment wounds or the painful struggle of fitting into different spaces. I provide support for those processing intergenerational patterns and significant personal trauma in a way that feels grounded and secure.
To facilitate this deep healing, I integrate specialized modalities, including EMDR, ACT, and CBT, alongside Child-Intensive methods, Sandtray, and Theraplay. I work with both adults and young people to address the roots of their symptoms while incorporating these modern techniques to process the most difficult experiences.I also support parents and caregivers as they find room to breathe and reflect while living through the effects of trauma. This work is focused on BIPOC families and the heavy daily pressures that often go unseen.
I provide a steady space for those working through the reach of complex trauma. Whether you are managing the daily weight of anxiety and depression or navigating the deep complexities of attachment and belonging, I am here to walk with you. This practice is dedicated to the strength it takes to move forward while holding the realities of racial trauma and the struggle to feel whole.
