Bio: Sometimes the weight we carry doesn’t have words, and the systems and people around us don’t always see us. My work is rooted in racial trauma and anti-oppressive care. At the core of my practice is cultivating safety and trust, while inviting reflection, self-discovery, and growth. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been in therapy before, I’m here to walk alongside you through a combination of psychosocial support and culturally responsive care.

Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences while drawing on techniques and coping strategies that support your journey. I’m a Registered Social Worker with a decade of experience providing psychosocial and mental health support to individuals and families. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and solution-focused, grounded in a person-centered lens that is attuned to your pace and well-being.
