Bio: Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. It can be a space where you feel understood, grounded, and supported as you navigate the complexities of your life.

I’m a South Asian counsellor with over 10 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, low mood, trauma, family & relationship dynamics, and work-related stress/burnout. Many of my clients are professionals, balancing career demands alongside cultural expectations, intergenerational family roles, and their own emotional needs. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and relatable—with a sense of humour that helps therapy feel human and approachable.

My approach is collaborative and tailored. I believe you are resilient, and that healing happens when we create space to explore new ways of being and relating to yourself. I draw from multiple evidence-based modalities and am certified in trauma-informed EMDR therapy, which can help process distressing or traumatic experiences and shift long-held beliefs that keep you feeling stuck.

Outside the therapy room, I feel most at home in nature—running, hiking, practicing yoga, and collecting rocks on long walks. I also love exploring new places to eat around Vancouver, drinking tea, and listening to podcasts.
