I also bring specialized training in bereavement and grief, offering support to help you process loss at your own pace.

I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Together, we will identify your goals and build practical, meaningful tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in your day-to-day life.
