Bio: As a multiracial Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) raised in an immigrant household, I understand the unique complexities that can come with navigating cultural identity, family expectations, intergenerational experiences, and balancing multiple aspects of who you are. I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, and the impacts of discrimination, cultural identity, and generational or refugee/immigrant trauma. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered therapy, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, empathy, and meeting clients where they are.
Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and foster greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being. I believe healing begins in a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.
