Bio: I am passionate about working with teens and adults who learnt to survive early and are now ready to heal. If you grew up shaped by intergenerational trauma – addiction, emotional neglect, physical and sexual abuse, and the child welfare system – you often struggle with anxiety, codependency, anxious attachment, navigating cultural and faith identities, immigration and systemic stress alng side patterns of shame and guilt.
