My work centres neurodivergent-affirming and trauma-informed care, with a particular focus on supporting racialized, neurodivergent, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. I bring an authentic, relational, intersectional feminist, and decolonized lens to therapy—one shaped not only by training, but by lived experience.
I understand healing as a process that emerges through our bodies, relationships, communities, systems, and histories. I am committed to offering care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and attuned, while remaining honest about power, identity, and the ways oppression shows up in our lives and nervous systems.
In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel respected, seen, and supported to explore your thoughts, emotions, sensations, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is not rigid or overly clinical; it makes room for humour, warmth, and genuine connection alongside the harder moments. While discomfort and challenge may arise through this process at times, rest assured that they will always be held tenderly.
