Bio: “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.” My counselling practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive framework that considers broader social, cultural, and systemic factors impacting individual well-being. I aim to cultivate a supportive, inclusive space where we can work collaboratively toward greater awareness, empathy, and practical change. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and professional art therapist, I draw from anti-oppressive, feminist, and Adlerian perspectives. I support individuals from diverse backgrounds in navigating emotional and psychological challenges, including family dynamics, childhood trauma, sexual assault, and issues related to LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, know that you’re not alone. Healing is not linear, and reaching out is a courageous first step. I’m here to walk alongside you, at your pace, and support you in making sense of your experiences in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and empowering. Feel free to reach out.
