I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges and transitions. My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want.
As a mixed-race, first-generation settler who grew up in Vancouver, I know what it can feel like not to see your experiences reflected in the world around you. My own journey of understanding identity, belonging, and the impacts of racism and oppression has deeply shaped both my life and my work. Before becoming a therapist, I was a social worker with roots in anti-oppressive practice, and that lens continues to inform how I show up in therapy—with curiosity, humility, and awareness of the many systems and experiences that shape our lives.
I would be honoured to support you wherever you are in your healing journey. If you’d like to connect, I invite you to book a complimentary consultation: https://julieludwigcounselling.janeapp.com/
