For over five years, I have supported teens and young adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, sexuality concerns, and many other challenges that can emerge within relationships, family, and broader social contexts. I provide counselling in English and Spanish.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or unsure of where to begin. My approach is grounded in humanistic and body-centered perspectives, and I believe that each person is the expert of their own life. During our work together, you can expect a warm, transparent, curious, and playful energy. I value authenticity and believe therapy is a space where we can slow down and become curious about what is happening within you—your emotions, body, relationships, and patterns—without judgment. I will offer guidance and perspective while respecting your pace, autonomy, and goals.
We can explore what your experiences may be telling you and, hopefully, what you need moving forward. I believe that even the parts of ourselves we may struggle to understand deserve curiosity and compassion.
As someone who has immigrated and built a life across cultures and languages, I understand how culture, identity, belonging, family expectations, and navigating a new environment can shape our mental health and sense of self. I also know that communicating across languages can sometimes mean finding new ways to express experiences that are difficult to put into words. I strive to create a culturally respectful and supportive space where you can show up as you are.
If it sounds like we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
