Noshin Samji

Pronouns: She/Her
Located In: Vancouver
Session Format: In-person, Online

Bio: You long to feel connected, but something keeps getting in the way.

Many adults who struggle with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety are carrying layers of unseen challenges like late-recognized neurodivergence (ADHD and/or autism), cultural expectations, or early experiences that shaped how safe it feels to be fully yourself. These patterns can leave you second-guessing your every move, overthinking conversations, or feeling isolated even around people you care about.

Counselling can help you reconnect to your own wisdom and confidence. As a second-generation immigrant who has spent over 20 years as an educator, mentor, and facilitator supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, I understand what it’s like to feel caught between two worlds, trying to belong while staying true to yourself. In our sessions, we’ll create space for you to compassionately explore your thoughts, emotion, and patterns at your own pace. You’ll learn how to trust your inner experience, communicate your needs clearly, and build relationships that feel genuine and mutual so you can experience more ease and joy in your life.

If anything I’ve shared aligns with your needs, you can start by booking your free consultation with me today, and together we can help you find a brighter way forward.
