Bio: Hi—I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of where to begin, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can slow down and feel safe enough to explore what’s going on—at your own pace. My role isn’t to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and what really matters to you. I work with people navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, cultural identity issues, grief & loss, prenatal and post-partum adjustments/challenges, acculturation, and life transitions. Whether you’re dealing with the after-effects of painful experiences, facing big life changes, or simply feeling disconnected, therapy can help you make sense of your feelings, understand your patterns, and begin to heal. My approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive. I draw from Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic work, and nature-based approaches to support mind-body-soul healing. In our work together, we’ll explore what’s happening in the present, gently care for the parts of you that have been hurt or hidden, and move toward a deeper sense of safety, clarity, and self-trust.
