Bio: I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Psychiatric Nursing. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with BCACC. I am also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and an Approved Clinical Supervisor Candidate (ACS). I started my career in Mental Health as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, and have been able to blend my medical training with my counselling training to support clients in a more holistic way. I specialize in ADHD pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. Another area of focus is supporting adult children of immigrants. I have a passion for working with individuals who struggle with their cultural identity. I hope to help bridge the identity of their family with their own in a way that helps them gain a deeper understanding of their own personal values while honouring those of the collective culture.
