You may be tired of feeling alone and finding yourself stuck in familiar patterns. You may appear calm on the outside, yet inside feel afraid, on edge, or disconnected. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking what others need, saying yes when you want to say no, or feeling unseen in your relationships. Old relational wounds may keep resurfacing, making you doubt your own judgment and clarity.
My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. Together, we will process the effects of relational trauma and family-of-origin patterns, explore people-pleasing tendencies, build healthy boundaries, and find steadier ground amid fear and chronic self-doubt. I work with individuals who grew up in emotionally complex families or who feel stuck in old patterns of caretaking, self abandonment, and guilt. I also support with navigating major life transitions, including marriage, divorce, parenthood, relocation, and changes in family or work dynamics.
If anything here resonates with you, I invite you to book a free 15-minute consultation. I would be happy to connect and answer any questions you may have.
