My approach is practical, collaborative, and anchored in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
I am also trained as a life coach, which allows me to integrate goal-oriented, forward-focused support alongside therapeutic work when that feels helpful. I work from a trauma-informed lens and prioritize cultural understanding, sensitivity, and emotional safety. As a member of the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I am deeply committed to providing inclusive, affirming care where all aspects of who you are are welcomed and respected.
I believe meaningful change often comes from small, intentional shifts rather than big, overwhelming goals. My aim is to support you in making those small changes that can lead to meaningful transformation, offering practical tools and compassionate guidance to help you move toward a life that feels more aligned, purposeful, and sustainable. Together, we focus on building resilience, reconnecting with what matters most to you, and creating space for you not just to cope but to truly thrive.
In my free time I like to pretend I’m on the Great Canadian bake off. When I’m not baking I can be found in the garden, challenging myself with a puzzle or taking on a new crafty project.
