Bio: I am a queer, multi-racial, neurodivergent therapist who knows deeply from the inside the experience of living in a world that separates you from yourself. You might be struggling with feelings of “stuckness,” unhappiness, grief, or isolation. You may feel that something is standing between you and the life you wish to live – or, you may not be sure what that life would look like. You might have experienced a major life event or shift that you are struggling to move forward with, or you may be noticing patterns that you feel unable to break. Whatever is weighing on you, I am glad you are searching for someone to share this load. I invite you to work with me in an environment that welcomes queer & trans folks, BIPOC folks, neurodivergence, disability, and is body- and sex work-positive.
I am a graduate of the Toronto Institute of Relational Psychotherapy. Together, we can look at the experiences, past and present, that shape your way of being in the world. As we explore, I’ll invite you to give voice to thoughts and feelings that arise, and will hold these for you as we make sense together of the many pieces that make up you.
I will provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space to move through your unfolding story as we work together. Together, we can look at the strategies you’ve learned for being in the world, and think about which pieces you’d like to hold onto and which may no longer serve you. I would love to connect and welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation call.
