Bio: Do you struggle with a loss of sense of self, inner conflict, or feelings of shame? Are unresolved trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, or stress preventing you from living a fulfilling life and reaching your full potential? You’re not alone. Seeking support is a courageous and transformative step! As a mostly able-bodied, cis-female trauma therapist of 2nd-generation East Asian descent with ADHD and a dissociative disorder, I bring a culturally sensitive and neurodivergent-informed perspective to therapy. I understand the complexities of navigating cultural expectations, intersecting identities, and the challenges of neurodivergence and dissociation. My practice provides a compassionate, safe space for you to heal and reconnect with your authentic self. I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and LENS neurofeedback. I work closely with you to understand your nervous system and address the root causes of emotional and physical distress. By targeting these underlying patterns, we aim for long-lasting resolution and meaningful healing rather than short-term symptom relief. With a holistic and attachment-focused framework, we’ll explore your relationships, foster self-compassion, and help you break free from patterns that no longer serve you. I aim to guide you toward a life filled with growth, resilience, and connection. If you’re ready to begin this transformative journey, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Let’s work together to help you heal and thrive!
