Healing isn’t always about finding the right words. Sometimes, it means working with the parts of our experiences that words alone can’t reach.
I offer trauma-focused, somatic, and neuroaffirming therapy that supports meaningful and lasting change. My work draws on EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), honouring the wisdom of your nervous system, your parts, and your lived experience.
As a chronically ill, neurodivergent child of immigrants from Hong Kong and a former registered nurse, my lived and professional experiences inform how I show up in therapy. In our work together, I am curious about how culture, identity, and systemic inequities shape our experiences.
I welcome clients working through trauma, burnout, and other difficult life experiences. I have a particularly strong interest in supporting healthcare professionals and people recovering from concussion.
My practice is grounded in intersectional feminist and social justice oriented values. I’m an ICBC-approved provider and can offer direct billing.

Together, we can work toward feeling better and finding relief from the things that have been weighing on you.
