Bio: I’m a child of first generation immigrants from the Nakhi/Naxi ancestry of China. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Canadian Art Therapist.

At Decipher Counselling Art Therapy Studio, I work with people who are dealing with mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, disordered eating, complex PTSD, intergenerational trauma, and identity concerns. I approach sessions from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed and intersectional framework, prioritizing creativity to help people unpack and process their stories.

I hope to inspire people to heal personal, generational, historical, and cultural wounds, figuring it out as we go, together. In-person in so-called Vancouver or online, wherever you are.
