Bio: Hello! My name is Lily, and I am a BIPOC Psychotherapist. I provide counselling and therapy services to adolescents (ages 16+), adults, and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment issues, conflict, trauma, and identity issues through therapy. I use creative and evidenced-based therapeutic techniques like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, IFS, Parts Work, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to help clients process their unique life stories. I am also certified in Gottman Method for Couples Therapy Level 1 which is an emotions-focused and evidence-based therapeutic approach for treating and helping couples through various issues and concerns including addiction, conflict, disconnection/disengagement, communication concerns, betrayal, trauma, and attachment wounds. I provide a safe, compassionate, culturally-sensitive, and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is person-centred, and I will walk alongside you as you process your unique experiences. My mission is to help clients to build resilience, hope, and empowerment in their lives. I am here to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
