Bio: There was a time when I felt like I was moving through life slightly underwater, disconnected from myself and weighed down by something I couldn’t name. Over time, I realized my pain wasn’t only personal, but also shaped by the systems around me. We live in a world that often rewards disconnection, numbing, quick fixes, and performance over presence. As bell hooks says, “Rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” I’m here to walk alongside you in your process of unfolding and becoming. My therapeutic approach is grounded in supporting you reconnect with your body, emotions, and the parts of you that may have felt the pain of being misunderstood or rejected, both in your personal story and within a larger social and cultural one. I believe healing is not about adapting to dysfunction, but about reclaiming your wholeness in a world that may have asked you to fragment yourself to survive. I offer a space where you can begin to anchor in your own inner leadership and expand your capacity to feel, reflect, and act from a place of curiosity, compassion, and care. I draw from mindfulness-based and somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and relational modalities such as Imago Relationship Therapy and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I strive to hold an affirming, inclusive space that honors your unique cultural and lived experiences. When we work together, the goal isn’t perfection. It’s presence. Together, we’ll loosen the grip of old patterns, embody new truths, and align your actions with your values.
