Bio: Hi, I’m Kim. I began my career as a psychologist in the Philippines and now work with clients across Ontario. For the past eight years I’ve helped Filipino immigrants, their children, and other young adults untangle anxiety, trauma, burnout, and the uneasy sense of living between cultures. My approach is gentle and collaborative. I lean on pakikiramdam, the Filipino practice of tuned‑in empathy. We notice what feels heavy, try out skills from CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, and let a little humour make the work lighter. My goal is not to “fix” you but to help you feel more at home in your own life. I see individual adults and young adults. I also enjoy running groups, workshops, and other community projects. If this sounds like the support you’re looking for, let’s connect.
