Bio: Hi there! I am a Chinese Canadian second generation immigrant that specializes working with marginalized communities and neurodiverse folks who may be struggling with experiences of invalidation, life transitions, family conflict, relationship challenges, anxiety, and low self-worth. I bring a deep understanding of the unique challenges that can come with navigating dual identities. Whether it’s balancing cultural expectations, feeling caught between worlds, or exploring the impact of intergenerational trauma, I am here to support you with untangling these intersections. Together, we can explore the patterns and stories that have shaped your life, uncovering strengths and creating new pathways forward. Whether you are seeking to heal from the past, find balance in the present, or build hope for the future, I am here to support you every step of the way. I enjoy integrating various approaches like, Person Centred therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Inner Child work, with an anti-oppressive and social justice framework. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. At the heart of my practice, I weave empathy, self-compassion, and authenticity. I believe that true healing begins when we approach ourselves with kindness and understanding. My approach is centered on creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story and be truly heard.
