Bio: Every part of you is welcome in our counselling conversations – the tender, the tough and all the tricky parts in between. The stories you have told a thousand different ways, and the ones just waiting for a soft place to name out loud for the very first time. The part of you that is pretty sure this might be a good next step, and the part that might still be a little nervous anyway. I work with those in my care to help make sense of it all, together. I am particularly experienced supporting clients navigating the sometimes confusing, overwhelming & uncertain feelings that come with our relationships in all their forms – family, friends, partners, parents & with ourselves. I am also skilled in supporting folks through anxiety, depression, chronic stress, identity exploration, personal development & major life transitions. My approach as a counsellor is deeply shaped by lived & cultural experiences as a Black queer immigrant of mixed Afro-Caribbean, Tamil & Kalinago ancestry as well as my professional training in trauma-informed, decolonial approaches. — I am currently accepting new clients.
