Bio: I support clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, or emotions that can be difficult to make sense of. You may feel stuck in your head, frustrated more easily than you would like, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. My work with youth and adults has taught me that what we see on the surface often does not tell the whole story. Therapy can be a place to slow down and become curious about what is underneath.
Drawing from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches, I help clients understand patterns beneath their thoughts, emotions, and reactions, while developing new ways of responding. Growing up in Canada with immigrant parents also informs my culturally attuned approach and understanding of how culture, identity, and expectations can shape our experiences.
Together, we will work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a space to speak openly without judgment. If this resonates, please reach out to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
