Bio: Grief & Loss • Trauma & Emotional Healing • Women’s Emotional Wellness

Life can feel incredibly heavy at times. You may be carrying grief, navigating a painful transition, or feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or past trauma may be making it hard to feel like yourself again. You may be longing for clarity, relief, and a sense of safety—wanting to be understood without judgment and supported at your own pace.

I want you to know that even with painful experiences, life can still be meaningful and worth living. Often, our most difficult seasons become places of deep growth. I don’t just believe this—I have lived it. When I say “I get it,” I truly do.

As a Master Professional in Clinical Counselling, I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based support in a compassionate and grounded space. I work with individuals (15+) and provide personalized care that honours your story, strengths, and resilience.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re ready for a space where you can feel seen, heard, and gently supported, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.

In-person sessions are available with expanded weekday and weekend availability. Complimentary 15-minute consultation offered.
