Bio: As a Registered Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist, I specialize in supporting immigrants and children of immigrants as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges of migration, cultural identity, and intergenerational healing, I provide a warm, culturally attuned approach rooted in evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based counselling. Through my private practice, I offer compassionate, personalized therapy for individuals and families experiencing anxiety, stress, parenting challenges, and the emotional complexities of migration and displacement.
