Currently offering virtual counselling for adults in British Columbia, with in person appointments planned for 2027.
You deserve to feel heard, understood and involved in the direction of your care. Your experiences, your priorities and what you hope to change will guide our work together.
I’m Gabrielle, and I am the Black American founder of “The Caldwell Perspective” Counselling and Wellness . I’m completing the advanced practicum stage of my Master of Social Work and provide counselling under supervision. My experience includes individual counselling and group facilitation with adults around substance use, anxiety, depression and anger.
I welcome adults of all backgrounds and offer counselling that makes room for your experiences as a person of colour or someone with marginalized identities. Whether we’re talking about family, relationships, racism or belonging, you get to decide how your identity fits into the conversation. I’ll listen without assuming I already know your story.
You’re the expert on you. This is your time and space. I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions and learn as we go. You choose what to share and what we focus on, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Whatever you bring, we’ll work on it together.
Evening and weekend appointments are available, with a free initial consultation. Please email: thecaldwellperspective@gmail.com for consultations.
