I’ve spent over a decade working and volunteering in the mental health field, supporting adults, adolescents, and children across a range of settings. My experience includes working in corporate environments to help professionals and organizations navigate workplace anxiety, stress, and discrimination, as well as volunteering in community spaces using play therapy and talk therapy to support youths and families.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, licensed through the CCPA and the CRPO.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: the world needs the unique thing inside you that makes you who you are. I work closely with clients to uncover that truth, embrace it, and step into it with confidence and authenticity. Through increased awareness, strengthened autonomy, and a more compassionate view of self and others, I’ve witnessed people move through anxiety, navigate addiction, process grief, forgive, heal from trauma, and navigate life’s most difficult transitions. Within the safety of our sessions, and at your pace, we explore what’s weighing on you and work toward the goals that matter most.
