I am a Caribbean-Canadian therapist offering culturally responsive and anti oppressive support for individuals exploring identity, belonging, and the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I work with people moving through family dynamics, major life transitions, relationship challenges, and the second generation immigrant experience. Together, we will slow down, listen closely to your story, and make room for the parts of you that have had to stay quiet or small. My approach is collaborative and client centred. I work intentionally to disrupt power in the therapy space, honour your agency, and support you in reconnecting with yourself in ways that feel grounding and liberating.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy crafting, wandering the city on long walks, and reading both good and wonderfully bad romance novels. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you are used to carrying everything on your own. I am honoured to walk alongside you as you navigate your healing journey.
