For over 20 years, I’ve worked alongside individuals navigating trauma, violence, housing instability, addiction, and major life transitions. These experiences have deeply shaped the way I show up as a therapist: with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine belief that healing is possible when people feel safe enough to be seen and heard.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from modalities including EFT, EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to tailor the therapeutic process to each person’s unique needs and experiences.
I aim to create a confidential, judgment-free space where clients can explore difficult emotions, build insight, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
Quietly transformative.
