Bio: Mental health is a crucial aspect of overall well-being, frequently obscured by stigma. Each step you make can lead to transformative changes. Though the journey may appear challenging, I am here to provide personalized support tailored to your specific needs and aspirations. You are not alone in this journey to mental health. You are valued and cared for, and I am here to support you every step of the way. I approach my practice with a deep understanding of how relational dynamics can impact one’s experience, drawing on anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and decolonizing principles that reflect my core values and ethical commitments. As a registered social worker with nearly 15 years of experience, I am passionate about promoting trauma-informed practice and providing impactful psychotherapy. I aim to meet each person’s unique needs, offering guidance and support for healing and empowerment while respecting your journey and identity. My clinical experience and interests have been diverse but centered on both mindfulness and applied behavioral science, especially ACT and Narrative therapy, which aims to address the whole person, including their various storied lives. I am here to walk alongside you on your path to wellness. Let’s work together to address your unique needs by examining the intersecting factors that influence emotional distress respectfully.
