Bio: I’m a Black, multi-cultural, African Diasporic, queer femme and Tkaronto-based Registered Psychotherapist, Somatic Movement and Dance Practitioner and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner™. My work is rooted in collective liberation, ritual, embodied resilience, and honouring ancestral memory.

I work with all beings, identities and cultural backgrounds. My practice focus supports BIPOC adults (18+) navigating diasporic experiences, racialized and intergenerational trauma, chronic stress and burnout. I support gender-expansive, 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, those experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and life transitions.

My approach is holistic, culturally affirming, relational and embodied. I support you to feel and express your emotions, feelings and sensations — engaging your choice and agency to fully embody your relationships in spirit, body and mind. Through trauma-informed body psychotherapy I integrate tools from Somatic Experiencing®, Body-Mind Centering®, and sensory motor processing; A mix of experiential and somatic movement practices. I help you tune in and listen deeply to the wisdom your body holds. Centring restoration and resilience practices, creating pathways for healing and transformative change.

With cultural humility and decolonial praxis my work is grounded in anti-oppressive, anti-racist, queer, feminist, and disability justice values. I create spaciousness for your authentic self to be seen and nourished while honouring the resilience and cultural wisdom you already hold.
