Bunkola (she/her), a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Founder of R.E.A.C.H. Therapy & Consultation Service Inc.
Many of the people I work with are exhausted from always being the strong one. They’ve spent years taking care of everyone else, chasing success, meeting expectations, or feeling like they have to prove their worth. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
I believe healing starts when you have a place where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have all the answers. Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and create space for you to rest, breathe, and reconnect with who you are beneath the pressure.
As a Nigerian-Canadian therapist, I understand how culture, family expectations, and life experiences can shape how we see ourselves. I offer a warm, compassionate space where your whole story is welcome.
Whether you’re living with anxiety, burnout, trauma, grief, or feeling stuck, we’ll move at your pace. My hope is that you leave each session feeling more connected to yourself and reminded that your worth is not measured by how much you do. Rest isn’t something you have to earn—it can be part of your healing.
