Bio: My name is Brittany Lynn Gray. I am a Mi’kmaq and Acadian woman from Oinpegitjoig (Pabineau First Nation), carrying the spirit name Gaqtugaweq (Thunder Woman). This name reflects my role in bringing awareness and using my voice with purpose and care.

I am currently a Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate (LCT-C), practicing in Wabanaki Territory here in New Brunswick. Trained in Brainspotting and Energy Healing, I bring both professional training with lived experience into my work.

My approach is gentle, culturally grounded, and relational. I create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment. I believe all emotions and experiences deserve space to be felt and supported; I walk alongside you as you explore what you carry at a pace that feels right.

I work with Indigenous and non-Indigenous clients, committed to providing care that respects each person’s story, identity, and way of knowing. I meet you where you are with presence and care.
