I use practical, research-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thinking patterns, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to process past trauma, mindfulness techniques to manage stress, and attachment-based strategies to improve relationships.
From there, we seek to deepen you connection to yourself and your own needs, develop coping skills, set healthy boundaries, and build routines that support your wellbeing.
