Bio: As a Black cis-woman with Afro-Caribbean roots, a fundamental part of my work is to move toward collective liberation. My work embodies an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, trauma-responsive lens integrated into a collaborative, relational, person-centred approach.
Therapy with me is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you reconnect with the wisdom, resilience, and vitality that already live within you. I offer a culturally responsive and holistic space where you can slow down, process your experiences and build capacity to be in relationship with all that is soul-nourishing. I infuse a blend of pop culture, movement, and metaphors into our sessions because therapy can be a vibe too!
