I integrate scientific- and evidenced-based modalities of Somatic Experiencing (C1), Internal Family Systems (L1), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Interventions. I advocate frameworks of anti-oppression, equity, and trauma-informed practices. I have over 10 years of experience in supporting people of majority and minority into living a more compassionate live together.
