I strive to provide culturally sensitive counselling for BIPOC communities, and my approach adapts counselling modalities to address collective family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, gender roles, internal family conflicts, bi-racial challenges, and high-expectation pressure.
I am a Registered Social Worker and certified Emotionally Focused Therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work. My therapeutic approach blends Emotionally Focused Therapy, informed by attachment theory, with motivational interviewing, strength-based practices, and mindful meditative techniques.
I also provide lower-cost counselling services to ensure that all individuals, regardless of financial capacity, can access the support they need.
